Quality assurance
The quality of any product of the Royal Phone brand is guaranteed by a ownership certificate of authenticity, which the buyer receives with the order.
Warranty service
All Royal Phone devices are covered by a 1 year warranty*. At the buyer's service - repair, adjustment or maintenance of the device. The buyer can also contact the Royal Phone service center after the warranty period expired.
* A warranty card with detailed warranty terms and return policy is included with each product. Very important to keep the warranty talon for the entire life of the product.
** The warranty is valid only if the buyer has a completely, correctly and legibly completed warranty card. Loss of it will void the warranty.
Purchase return. Return the device is possible within 7 days from the date of purchase and from 2 days after receiving the device. If the consumer refuses the product of good quality, the seller return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract excluding transaction comission what paid the seller (5-7%).
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
The presentation and consumer properties of the product are preserved, and the buyer has a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product;
The product does not belong to clause 6 of the “List of technically complex products”, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10.11.11. No. 924 and clause 11 of the “List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors or configurations”, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.01.98. No. 55;
The product does not contain jewelry elements, decoration made of precious metals, precious stones, in accordance with clause 9 of the “List of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of a different size, shape, size, style, color or configuration”, approved Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.01.98. No. 55 "Jewellery and other products made of precious metals and (or) precious stones, cut precious stones";
